By purchasing a website or service from Modern Presence, you agree to these terms.

The service

Modern Presence provides website design, hosting, and maintenance services for local businesses. The standard offer is a one-page website for a $100 setup fee plus $30/month for hosting, maintenance, and minor updates.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, photos, and materials, and for keeping your account details up to date.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the business content, photos, and text you provide. Modern Presence retains rights to the underlying website code and design system.

Domain

You own your domain and control it at all times, regardless of whether the monthly plan is active.

Changes

These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of Modern Presence services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
