Refund Policy

Setup fee

The $100 setup fee is refundable within 7 days of purchase if work on your website has not yet begun. Once we have started building your first draft, the setup fee becomes non-refundable because the work is custom.

Monthly plan

The $30/month plan can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future charges — past monthly payments are not refunded.

Website audits and other services

Custom services like the website audit are non-refundable once delivered, but you may request a revision if the delivered work does not match the described scope.

How to request a refund

Email contactmodernpresence@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
