What the monthly plan covers

Hosting, security updates, uptime monitoring, technical support, and reasonable minor content updates — swapping an image, updating contact info, adjusting wording, adding or removing a service, or updating business hours.

What isn't included

Full redesigns, additional pages, new integrations (booking, chat, payments), advanced automations, and significant new features. Those are quoted separately.

Requesting updates

Email contactmodernpresence@gmail.com or text Will. Most minor updates are completed within a few business days.

If you cancel

You can cancel the monthly plan at any time. When cancellation takes effect, the website is taken offline. You keep ownership of your domain and content — the domain remains yours and can be pointed elsewhere.

Restarting

If you decide to restart later, we can bring your website back online without redoing the initial setup, subject to a small reactivation review.
